This online store is operated by SQUARE SIDE BOUTIQUE, LLC under the name Square Side Boutique. Our physical store is Square Side Resale & Consignment Boutique, 2874 Main Street, East Troy, WI 53120, United States.

Shopping and orders

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item. If a price or product detail contains an error, we will contact you before proceeding with an affected order. We do not substitute goods without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Free standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, with estimated transit of 3–7 business days after dispatch. The daily cutoff is 4:00 pm Pacific Time; processing and transit business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Request a mail return within 30 days after delivery. We pay ordinary return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Exchanges are supported. Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after the returned item is received; banks may take additional time to post funds. Use this store lawfully. Do not interfere with the website, submit fraudulent information or misuse another persons details. Website materials and product images remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Visiting this website does not grant a license to reproduce them.
